About Tornado Of Souls drum sheet music

“Tornado Of Souls” is one of the highlights of Rust In Peace, Megadeth’s 1990 album and one of the greatest thrash-metal records ever made. It is famous for Marty Friedman’s guitar solo – and drummers love it for Nick Menza’s playing.

Nick Menza’s part is fast, technical and intense, with driving thrash grooves and sharp fills that follow the riffs. At around 196 bpm it is a serious workout for speed, endurance and precision: the hands and feet need to stay tight with the guitars all the way through.
