About Alice In Chains
Alice In Chains formed in Seattle in 1987. With Layne Staley’s and Jerry Cantrell’s harmonised vocals and heavy, dark riffs, albums such as Facelift, Dirt and Jar of Flies made them one of the defining bands of grunge.
The band continues today with William DuVall alongside Cantrell. Their slow, heavy grooves are great for drummers learning to play with weight.
